My complaint:
On March 12 there two unauthorized transaction I call them in and they cancel my card right away and send me another one.They send 3 documents that I filled and signed and fax back on 315, they said I would received it back in 10 days while they do there investigation. On March 17 they took the funds back from my phone company because my phone been off since and it’s March 26 and I have not received my funds
Suggested solution:
Resolved by putting my 269.00 back in my account while they do there investigation.
