My complaint:

You guys had canceled my card on friday – and i never received my $300 direct deposit – then I looked again on Saturday and my account was not closed – what is going on and where is my $300 employer depositlooked again on Saturday and my account was not closed – what is going on and where is my $300 Deposit

Suggested solution:

I want my $300 deposit and the remaining money that I had on the card before it was closed for whatever reason
