My complaint:
Hello I’ve been trying over and over to get help with my rush account because for some reason it got suspended but couple days ago I called to see if it was working and come to find out that some transactions have been made without my consent meaning that I lost money without being able to use my card at all
Suggested solution:
I guess by finding out what happened with my account and how money went out of my card when it's suspended I just need my money back actually so i can change banks
