My complaint:
I AM A CARD HOLDER CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING AN EXTREME FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. I NEED ALL OF MY FUNDS TAKEN OFF OF RUSH CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF 4 CHILDREN AND AM CURRENTLY IN NEED OF ACCESS TO ALL OF MY FUNDS. WITH THIS PANDEMIC WE ARE CURRENTLY FACING, I CAN NOT AFFORD TO ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO A SMALL AMOUNT OF MY MONEY PER MONTH. I NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR MY ALL OF MY FUNDS TO BE MADE ACCESSIBLE AND MY RUSH CARD ACCOUNT CLOSED. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN POSSIBLY SPEND THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IN SMALL PORTIONS JUST TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I NEED TO BE DIRECTED TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULDN’T HAVE THE ACCESS I NEEDED I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAD MY FUNDS DIRECT DEPOSITED TO THIS CARD. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND MY CHILDREN I ARE CURRENTLY SUFFERING BECAUSE I CAN NOT TAKE CARE OF MY FINANCIAL NECESSITIES OF MY FAMILY DUE TO YOUR LIMIT RESTRICTIONS. I NEED MY FUNDS RELEASED OFF THE CARD IN ITS ENTIRETY. THIS HARDSHIP IS AFFECTING MY FAMILY IN THE WORST WAY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SHARING MY RUSH CARD EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER CARD HOLDERS AND MAKING THEM AWARE OF YOUR DISREGARD. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE HOW TO SUBMIT MY REQUEST AND FILE MY COMPLAINTS.
