RushCard complaint: Direct Deposit Issue and No Staff Anymore to speak with

My complaint:

I am receiving unemployment at the current time because of the pandemic. While the State of New York releases the money the same time and day every week ( every Monday), Rush Card is depositing the payments later and later in the week. This week , although July 4,2020 fell on a saturday, the payment was released by NY Unemployment same day ( Monday July 6,2020). It is now Thursday of the same week ( July 9,2020) and still no direct deposit. The worst part is obviously the circumastances as I need my funds, On top of that THERE IS NO STAFF TO SPEAK WITH. How do you have a card with no physical representation to help your customers? They give you the run a round online then answer your questions with automated responses. Wondering how long Rush Card will be around because I have been a customer since 2015 but I am seeing it not improve and getting worse. If my payment doesn’t come this week ending (July 12,2020) then I will have to take the next step and Sue. I claim benefits every week and why WOULD I CLAIM NEXT WEEK IF YOUR COMPANY IS HOLDING DIRECT DEPOSITS, not from a Job but from the State of New York.

Suggested solution:

I need this to get to Rush Card and need my funds, Simple. Im tired of the excuses and no one to speak with. Or i Will just sue them
