My complaint:
My check goes to RushCard and I can never talk to anyone that even knows English well enough to help me! My card is locked and I can’t even use it or speak to anyone to help me because they always say go to your online account! I go to the online account and it it says call the number that I already have called several times! It’s a circle and never ending problem that is never resolved! Where are the representatives that the customers can understand or can actually help. This is ridiculous I hate calling the number because the people on the other end of the phone don’t know a thing and really aren’t trying to help
Suggested solution:
Get a real live person on the phone to help the customer
