My complaint:
I got my unemployment check Monday I paid bills then Tuesday I had 638 dollars went to buy something and declined was told it was the unemployment office took the money back call them. I did they did not take my money. Call them back RushCard and then they said the money was sent back to the sender bc the account was closed. 3-5 days three weeks later still no money. Called unemployment they had not gotten the funds back called unemployment’s bank they would have opened an account and mailed me a card but didn’t get anything. Called rusahcard again oh now they have to send my money to me in a check like bill payments. 5-7 days they said. I told them I have lawyers on this right away anything over 500 in this state is a felony. I called the police and informed them as well. Waiting to file a report as soon as I hear from my lawyer in the morning.
Suggested solution:
Give me my damn money back and stop stealing and closing peoples account.
They did the same thing exact thing to me only I had over $8,000 on my card they keep giving me the runaround and I still don’t have my money
