My complaint:
I received my social security check on 6252020. My rush card had expired. They mailed me another card to my old address. I was told by non English speaking reps to provide documentation to provide my identity. I went to several stores Walgreens, Walmart and etc nobody even carry those cards anymore. I submitted my documents now they telling me it’s take 1-2 business day before the information is sent from corporate. I asked for the number to corporate but he said he does not know it. It’s has been almost 4 weeks and I need to pay my bills this is the only income I have.
Suggested solution:
I want my money and my replacement card.
