My complaint:

Recieved a Rush Card in the mail that I did not order. Cut it up and thrrw it away. I did not acting it. I don’t understand how I was charged 16.00 on my Comerica Direct Express card. I am on a fixed income and this has put me in a very stressful situation with my doctor’s copays.
