My complaint:
My deposit went into my account, and immediately had 401.25 subtracted by Rushcard, for a purchase made on June 24, 2020. I got paid the day after. Apparently someone bought something on my account in Arkansas which it says AR and I live in UTAH. So yeah I didn’t make this purchase I have proof I didn’t make this purchase. Yet they said the purchase went through fine. What the hell I didn’t make the purchase, so no its not right, and they are not looking into everything.
I think this company is crap. Last time I bought anything from Walmart.com, was on May 24 There has been no other purchases which you can see clearly in my photo.
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money back. Its a big chunk of my income and I have to feed my family.
