My complaint:

I was in a foreign country in instanbul Turkey airport I was stranded at instanbul Turkey airport for 2 days due to not allowed access to funds on My Rushcard debit card not allowing me to have access to my funds on my bank account and on the cardholder agreement it never stated that I can’t use my card outside of the usa and my card was declined at every ATM machine and Bank ATM machine I couldn’t buy food no water and it stated on rushcard were anybody can use debit card anywhere nationwide and even foreign transactions. And Rushcard won’t give me history on decline transactions on My as I have a right to have I been with rushcard for 12 years and they have gave me before requested information that is not right to withheld information from a Cardholder requested for.

Suggested solution:

Give customers that have a account with rushcard the information they requested they won't give me declined transaction action for month from my account of August and I have a right to it
