My complaint:

On their Transfer option, I sent $600 to my landlord’s account but their bank won’t and do not accept or deal with Rushcard and now I can’t get anyone at Rushcard to return my money. I can’t even get a person on the phone to look into it.

Suggested solution:

They need to put my money back into my account
