RushCard complaint: Rush Card unlawfully holding money.

My complaint:

The ATM, took my rush Card. I contacted customer service and did everything they asked me to do. I sent documents on six times, each time they would reply with “Please send more documents or they didn’t get the documents the documents from UPS FAX. I am sixty nine years old and got evicted from my home because Rush Card is holding my money.

Suggested solution:

Just simply send me a new card
