My complaint:
I put in a dispute 2 weeks ago faced all documents over to rush card merchant refunded money on the the 5th today is the 10 still not on my card it’s extremely hard to get a representative on phone and than when you finally reach one there’s always an language barrier. I have been a rushcard member for over 10 years and there service has went down hill.
Suggested solution:
We as customers should be able to contact rushcard customer service
