My complaint:
My account has been blocked because I disputed one transaction. And you cannot get anywhere online or with a representative. Can we do another class action lawsuit on this company? They are stealing money and not addressing concerns.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account and dispute the transaction only.
That’s what I want to know. Class Action? I’m missing money ! Tried calling the 1-866 # 3 times. Each time the music stops playing, I get disconnected. Downloaded the app to do live chat with rep. No help whatsoever. Referred me back to calling 1-866#. Ridiculous! Few people on fb having the same issue as I. We must do something! I filed a complaint with BBB, here and fb. They can’t get over on us any longer!
