My complaint:

My account was hacked by someone in California and I am in Louisiana. It took days to actually speak with someone and it took days for them to send me the paper to fill out to dispute charges. They canceled the old card and was supposed to send a new one but they sent a card with the exact same number as the old card so now after waiting almost 3 weeks I finally get a card and can’t activate it. Then I called to try to talk to someone and I was on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke to someone they took all my information and put me on hold for another 20 minutes only to come back and say they will mail me.the correct card. Something is fishy with them but I will.be contacting the BBB because this is the worse customer service ever and they don’t seem to care that people are already struggling and now can’t access their own money.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Send me the correct card Express mail considering I haven't been able.to use the damn card for 3 weeks and I have bills to pay. And figure out why it is so easy for all of their customers account to be hacked and its always by someone in California as read on all the reviews. I feel like someone from the company is stealing.

Same issue. I filed complaint with BBB online tonight. We must do something!
