I activated a code for 10.00 it was applied yo my fees. What type of fees do.i have on this card

3 years ago - The $10 was suppose to be applied to my card but they applied it to my fees. I have a pay as you go card. The only fee I should have is the $1.00 per transaction. I want the $10 added to my account balance.
