My complaint:

I went to load my card, rush card closed my account for no reason. When I called customer service I was told to contact rush card via website and live chat. Live chat would not give me any information. I asked for a new customer service number to speak to someone higher and was not given a number until I threatened to contact a lawyer. The number given didn’t work either.

Suggested solution:

Give me back all my money I have paid in fees. Since 2014. I use my card for direct deposit for payroll to pay bills, for my life insurance payments. My life insurance is now canceled because my payment is scheduled to come out tomorrow on the 19th of july and they closed my account on the 17th of july 2020. Thanks a lot Rush Card. How unprofessional.
