My complaint:

I did a purchase online, the merchant sent all the information to to rushcard agent like the automatic email said. Rushcard still haven’t put my money back on my card.

This was sent on march 10, 2021 today is the 16th and where is my money. I have kids I can’t just throw away $290. Can I please get some help?
