RushCard complaint: Stop Payment reversal

My complaint:

On Friday, July 23rd, I requested stop payment on a $3,000.00 check. The address I gave to RushCard was an incorrect address. First, I was told it would be 2 business days for it to be posted to my account then I was told 3-5 business days. After that period expired, I was told to give it 1-2 additional days. It has been 3 weeks since I made the request and my money still has not been posted. Each time I was told it is still being investigated. What is there to investigate? It’s not like I disputed an unauthorized payment. According to the website the check failed. This past Friday I was told the stop payment was approved. It should not take this long to post that money back into my account. I have health problems and should avoid stress and that’s what is happening now. I need that money to pay bills. My full name is Jerry Brown last four of SSN is 7808 and the last four numbers on my card is 6724. I feel that I am getting the runaround.
