My complaint:
On Friday, July 23rd, I requested stop payment on a $3,000.00 check. I was told the request was forwarded to corporate for investigation. The investigation is over and it was approved.Friday 862021. once it was approved MY money should have been posted within 2 business days. They keep telling me that corporate has not updated my account. I am on disability and need that money to pay bills and help with dental expenses. It’s been over a week.
Suggested solution:
Post that money back into my account.
