My complaint:
My RushCard expired in June I cost to get a replacement card I had moved so when I gave them my information they said they needed me to write a letter send them my ID my social security card and proof of address I sent them my driver’s license my social security cards my disability payments my housing paperwork and a letter from the Social Security office I’ve sent that to them eight times they don’t even speak English good they don’t care. All they say is I asked for the corporate number they say there’s no corporate number and she doesn’t have a boss I am so angry
Suggested solution:
Send me a new card
