My complaint:
Both my cards were hacked 1 on 102621 for 75.00 and the other on 102821 fir 30.00 I tried called everyday since and was holding excessively the longest hold time time was 4hr 15 min to no avail ….this is ridiculous and unacceptable…there should be someone available to resolve customer issues and concerns ..I was even told a reo from disputes would call me back that was on 102921 I am atill waiting
Suggested solution:
There should be an option fir a call back from a rep 4 hrs on hold with no answer just that God awful music is not acceptable
