My complaint:
I contacted rushcard, cause I have not receive my replacement card. Upon verification my date of birth, rushcard stated it didn’t match. Mind you I have this account for 10 plus years. And I last spoke to them on October 6. And there was no problem with my date of birth until today. I submitted my birth certificate, marriage license and driver’s license and they refuse to update my information
Suggested solution:
I am unsure why my date of birth was change. But I provide the information required. Right now am not even able to log in to my account.
