My complaint:

I’m missing money that was deposited on 9-21-20 and today my card has a 0 balance(9-23-20). I tried calling customer service multiple times but cannot get through nor can I access my account on line. I just want to know what the hell happened to my money

Suggested solution:

I need for them to call me so we can resolve the issue
