My complaint:

I put money on my card Friday. Sat my card expired I couldnt make my card payment and rushcard is telling me because I cant verify a number I had 12 yrs ago when my account was setup there’s nothing they can do. They told me to go online but it says they cant access my account because it’s been suspended. Then to top it off I did live chat and they telling me the card ive been using for the last 2 yrs. Where my direct deposit is setup isnt even in there system but I get emails every tues night when my check post. I dont recommend getting a rushcard bc these agents dont know what the he’ll is going on and they won’t forward me to a supervisor bc I cant verify my phone number. IM gonna take legal action to get my money at this point and I will NEVER USE them again. After 12 yrs
