Complaint: Card that was suspended because of the replacement card u couldn’t read the numbers on the back of card the cvv number it was buried by the white strip

My complaint:

I have been with rush card for over five years and never have I received such negligence with a company my original card was set to expire in oct the company sent me a new card but the cvv code was non readable on the back of card so could not register card went on line to see what I could do about this and he told me I could get another card sent but would take up to 7to 10 days to receive new card so until then they suspended my original card which I’m two days my check will be deposited on that card but I won’t have no access to these funds until the new card comes now are y’all going to do something about paying my bills that come out of that check like my car payment my insurance my cable my phone bill or they are all going to be late because of the fact I have to wait for the new card to come in this is so wrong in so many ways my bills are not going to wait for this mew card to come

Suggested solution:

U should in suspend my card cuz it hasn’t expired yet so that I can pay my bill on time if this doesn’t happen u all will pay for my late fees that will be taken cuz of y’all faultnot mine if u need to talk to me my number is 0203092155 I expect if this doesn’t get resolved when I do get my new card I will activate it and pull all my money out and go elsewhere for where I will be treated much better as a customer .....;
