My complaint:
I requested a replacement card two months ago. I was asked to submit updated information. Us in everything that was requested of me. Works tub i d change of address. I have moved to another state proof of mail coming to my residence. And as of yet I haven’t received a card. I’ve been promised the card that it was in the mail. I have my stimulus check and 2 social security checks that they are holding. And about to be evicted!! I am 67 years old and have been a rushcard customer for years and this is how i am treated
Suggested solution:
They should send my replacement card!!!!
