My complaint:
I have used rushcard for years and have been waiting months for my taxes to be deposited. They try to get people to use their services especially if they are getting their taxes. My tax refund was over 10,000 a refund that was sent by the IRS. Rushcrad sent it back and never notified so that if they needed more information I could fix it. They should know that there is a possibility for people who are getting taxes that their tax refund can be over 10,000. They claim they can’t hold on to it until they get more information because it could be fraudulent!!!! How if its coming from the IRS and you offer people this bank services during tax season knowing that its a possibility that people taxes could go over 10, 000. I needed MY MONEY AND I HAVE WAITED SINCE FEBRUARY FOR THAT MONEY.
Suggested solution:
If the IRS resend the check, I believe that it should be deposited. They should contact the IRS themselves fpr putting me through this.
