My complaint:

I have not used their card in years and my stimulus payment went to their account. They never closed my account. Now I can’t access it online, no customer service reps don’t help they only want to chat with us. They hang up chat before even helping you. I tried to update my address to get new card. They want me to send my ss card and they took 30 fee out to expedite my card to wrong address. No help. This card has been a nightmare. Please help us
