My complaint:

I’ve been tryin to reach a live agent regarding changing the routing information for a bill pay I was sending from my rush account. The customer service number only gives you the three options. The only option to speak with a is to dispute a transaction. Then the recording tells you to go on the mobile app for further assistance. I went in there and there was nothing on there to resolve my issue and the so called chats are only one minute in length then they end the chat. This is the worst company.

Suggested solution:

Provide me with direction as to speak with a live agent that can assist me in correcting the problem. They have your money and you can’t even speak with a person. I can’t even speak with someone to close my account. They need to shut this company down. They don’t have a clue as to what it means to service their customers.
