My complaint:
June 3rd I filed my first complaint of unauthorized use the five hundred dollars I was told that money would put back in my account the next day the account said that the file the claim was denied then 625 I found another complaintI used again again I told I was told that the money would put back in my account by the 13th when I called on the 13th I called on the 13th the claim was closed I am disappointed there’s $1,000 missing out my account but they supposed to been doing investigation there was no investigation done
Suggested solution:
I only want the money that was taken out my accounts by authorized use now I'm behind on my all my bills because my money was gone
