My complaint:
For the last two weeks I have been trying to get a replacement card, and each time I call the customer service department has a new excuse on why they will not send me out a new card. Furthermore, if a document is missing, they do not let you know that is messing and you only find this information out when you call them back which could be days later. Finally, I got all the documents to them and then the new excuse was corporate denied the request letter because the address doesn’t match what’s on the account. This is the same address that I use and they verify each time I call to gain access to the account and now it doesn’t match. They are doing some fraudulent stuff and holding my money and it’s not right. They wouldn’t even get me to a supervisor. I no longer want to do business with this company. I just want my money.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve this complaint by sending me a new card so I can get my money.
