RushCard complaint: It’s been month’s I reported a lost card never received a card, rush card has stolen money off my debit card that I never received

My complaint:

I’m at my ends with rush card company I’ve been with you guy’s over 5 yrs and never had you guy’s steal money out my account and never sent my debit card I requested for month’s if I don’t receive my card by Wed I’m filing a police report and calling fox 2,4,7 I have over a $1,000 in this account and of any of my Money is taken again I’m doing my best to get law enforcement, irs involved

Suggested solution:

I want my debit card asap with the same amount of money in my account it should not be touched...
