My complaint:

On March 2020 I filed a dispute with rush card about. Unauthorized transaction on my account for 701.24 they found in favor of the unauthorized transaction so I submitted rebuttal letter on April 4th and they still haven’t given me my money back I sent proof I as in the hospital having a emergency c-section at the time the transaction was made my baby was in the NICU cause he stopped breathing Nd I sent all this proof Nd info to RushCard still haven’t received my money and when I called to speak with a supervisor he hung up on me and told me I have to wait. I HATE RushCard and wouldn’t recommend nobody to use they services because the second time they let this happen on my account and don’t never want to give my money back but will cancel my card and charge me for new one PATHETIC they don’t care about they customers and need to be shut down HONESTLY
