My complaint:
I called rushcard regarding some activity I wasn’t aware of on my card they blocked it due to activity.
Since then I have sent then numerous documents to send cars I receive my asi benefits on. Since then I have been getting nothing but a hard time I can’t he my media or pay my rent facing eviction in the middle of a pandemic I jaave 2 children to feed cloth and take care of.
Sunday jan10th I sent electric bill which gets sent to my email it is updated with date and payment order date along with a handwritten letter that was requested everytime I send it they keep denied my request treating me like a stranger and keeping me from my card I am not a happy customer and sent letter to corporate .
This is being done on purpose. Prejudice to disabled person such as me and wit holding m ssi benefits as well as stimulus and I cant get my medication its not a laugjng matter putting me through hoops and rushcard has had my card for a month now!!!!
Suggested solution:
Fix the address due to documents I sent and give me mg card so I can get my ssi benefits and pay rent before I get kicked out I'm the middle of a pandemic with my two year old and other child!!!!! I'm switching companies I am not happy with rushcard.
