My complaint:
My card expired last year been trying to update address to receive a new one. Keep sending documents that they ask for and still nothing. I’ve called the bbb, my state reps. Rush card is a joke!!!!! They do not do there job. Being on a fixed income does not help. Stimulus money just sitting there which i need to pay bills and rent smdh. If i could find the physical building i would be on my way there. So Russell Simmons you should be ashamed that this company is piss poor company. Tired of the bull droppings.

Do there job and send me my stuff.
