My complaint:

I’ve been a customer of RushCard since 2007 now I placed an order online through this company called iced by kyng on April 12th 2021 I have yet to get an order update I’ve been trying to contact this company via email 10 times since May 12th 2021 each time I send an email I get an email back saying domain doesn’t exist I let RushCard know that and they keep telling me they can’t dispute it I’m very very pissed I even offered to give them the email to try to contact them they’re self and still no luck

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by putting the dispute for my money back since I tried to contact this company over 10 times by email and keep getting a returned error email back
