My complaint:
I’ve lost over $1500 with rushcard minimum. I’ve had a few instances where money went missing out of my account, I file a dispute, they’ll promise to give me provisional credit within 10 days but always deny my dispute on the 10th day. Also have had random fees taken out with no answers . It’s nearly impossible to get anyone and when you do you’re given the run around. It’s by far the worst card company I have ever dealt with. They take money from you, they’re criminals
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and start being honest with their customers for once
