My complaint:
Person of interest explained to fill out form for a new rushcard.?
Same as all customer service reps..
Nothing has changed, still no new updates.
How can you not allow a new account to start dealing with the money in an account that has been closed.
I have tried to even fill out for a new rushcard on different devices and locations.
Still not accepting my info.?
Seems as if your company has a problem with previous accountant’s and banks, present and past.
I will be following up with a lawyer of choice!
