My complaint:

I have been trying to get in contact with a RushCard customer service I have two pending charges from the 15th of May and they have yet to reverse those charges back to my account I’ve tried to call I tried to go online I tried everything there customer service sucks even if you call the customer service line if you are not a new customer then you can’t get through even before this pandemic so I want them to reverse my money back in my account and quit holding it

Suggested solution:

Take the pending charges on the 15th and reversal back to my account immediately.... can't put a picture up because it's all on my account it shows everything
