RushCard complaint: I never received my rush card and my stimulus money dropped on the card and I can’t get a live operator to cancel the card. I put my social security number in the phone and they don’t recognize my number and no live operator. I need my money

My complaint:

Rush card gave me a routing and checking account number and the didn’t send me a card yet. My stimulus money is on the card and there’s no live operator. I need my money to pay my bills.

Suggested solution:
