My complaint:
I received a deposit to my account I’m the amount of $10,000, Rushcard does NOT have a deposit LIMIT so I don’t understand what the issue is??? I have provided documentation but I’m being told to wait 48 business hours for Rushcard to validate.I also have been a customer since 2009 this is unacceptable
Suggested solution:
Release my funds so I can close account, I do not want to deal with them anymore this has been a nightmare
