My complaint:
I been chatting and calling for over a week now with rush and I sent in all my documents to receive a new card I still have not heard anything they said it takes 1 to 2 business days for the back office to review it it’s been a week I have another account with them and they telling me they can’t even transfer the funds to that account this is unacceptable I just need my money
Suggested solution:
I would like to get a new card so I can get my money and pay my bills this is a inconvenience because I’m thinking 1 to 2 days and still no results
