My complaint:

I banked with rush card for YEARS and now all of a sudden as im collecting my unemployment and i go to the atm to pull out money, it is showing an INACCURATE BALANCE WITH 200$ MISSING FOR MY NEW BALANCE… Cannot get through to customer service all of a sudden. I thinking about discontinuing my relationship with RUSH CARD. It is stating I have zero balance but i only made 2 transactions.
