My complaint:

I tried to replace my card the agent was very rude hung up the phone on this is the second time I want to close my account with rush card since covid-19 rush card agent are disrespectful I can’t get my money rush card is no help everything is bad consumer service I want to close all account

Suggested solution:

Fired the agent you shouldn’t have people working talking to people crazy I can’t access account
