My complaint:
I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years and now they have locked up my account. I’m on SS and need my funds in order for me to get my bills paid. No one is helping me and are only giving me the runaround, meanwhile my bill due dates are coming up.
Suggested solution:
Take whatever hold they have on my account off ASAP!!
