My complaint:
I had over 50 transactions charge on my account in the amount of $5.00 from Google pay.Rushcard is giving me the run around by refusing to refund the money back into my account.Their reason for doing was that I waited more than 12 days to report it….Lol…The transactions occurred on 06302021 thru 07012021. I notified Rushcard Immediately as I’m filing this complaint it still hasn’t been 120days. They have also overcharged my account by more than $1,000.06 within the past 2 years for fees.I’m on the unlimited plan which is $5.95Month.
Suggested solution:
I would like for the money owed to me to be refunded back into my account.
