My complaint:

My name is Suzanne Chatman I’m filing a complaint against rushcard I’m using I have been calling and emailing rushcard about my benefits and they telling me different stories about where my benefits that I receive every month. Last month my benefits was posted on my old rushcard when I found out that money was taking off my old rushcard I had called to cancel the card and told them what was going on they told me once I get a new card my benefits will be transfer over to the new card that I have now from rushcard I been dealing with them for years. Since this happened I no longer want have to deal with rushcard they won’t give me no information all I get is the run around and I’m tired of it. My benefits gonna be placed back on the old card instead of the new card. I done tried everything else I’m in the process of moving I have bills to pay buy food and take care of other things but they playing games with my money and not telling me where my money at.
