My complaint:

Keep sending my replacement card to the wrong address takes them 10 days to mail out . Each person I talk to said that it’s the one on file kept giving the new address which I had done 6 mo. Ago . The second card went again to the wrong address
I have been without my social security money for a mo. Now having to borrow money. This is unreal that it takes so long for a replacement card

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Overnight express the new card go over the address and it with the customer
Update the system. No need to wait for new cards. If banks can do it why cant this company. No need for a wait on a return card from the wrong address just cancel
